Created with FormToEmailCompanyPolicy:This application confirms your company exhibitor booth request. No additional paper work is required.50% deposit is required upon application submission within 7 – 10 business days.
Cancellations penalty: will apply 72 hours after deposit or payment on exhibitor booth of  ( $ 200.00). 3-6 months prior to event date, exhibitor payments are non- refundable.  All cancellations must be in writing. Final payments due 30 days before event schedule date.
SOLICITATION:
Exhibitors are prohibited from soliciting other exhibitors, except from within their own assigned exhibit space. Non-exhibiting firms or organizations are not permitted to solicit business within the show.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be in writing.Cancellations received six months prior to the show date will be refunded the full amount paid at the time of cancellation, less a $200 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received at any time during the three months prior to the show date will receive no refund. . Exhibit space can be reassigned at Show Management’s discretion. Any space reserved and cancelled within a 48-hour period will receive full refund of monies received.If  an exhibitor wishes to  cancel their space, or transfer to another event, in which they have been accepted, a refund or a transfer fee will be applied less a $200.00 booking fee.
This application is a binding contract of sale and space request. No other or further
application documentation is needed.
